Terms of Service
These terms apply to the free test, the paid pilot and the monthly plan, and bind both sides from your first order. We may update them after a legal review. Any change applies only from your next billing period after 30 days’ written notice, and never changes a price you’ve already locked. The free test has no fees and no error credit.
The service
Ryumon Audit turns freight paperwork into checked billing data. Ryumon Audit is a Ryumon service.
How we check: AI reads every document first. During the free test and paid pilot, a person checks every field. On the monthly plan, a person checks every flagged field before delivery, plus a random sample of the rest each month; handwritten documents get a full check on every field.
Free test
- The free test covers up to 20 loads. A load is its paperwork set: rate confirmation, BOL, POD and carrier invoice.
- There are no fees and no error credit for the free test.
- You can upload files on our free test page or email them to team@ryumonaudit.com. Emailed files are moved to our secure system and removed from our inbox within 7 days; our email provider then deletes them from Trash after 30 days. Free test documents are deleted within 48 hours after your scorecard is sent. If no scorecard is sent, they’re deleted within 30 days.
Fees
Paid pilot: 25 loads at $6 per load, $150 prepaid. The pilot ends after 25 loads or 30 days, whichever comes first, and never moves to a monthly plan on its own. If you ask for the founding plan, your $150 pilot fee is credited against your first month. Founding plan: $5.50 per load, billed upfront, with a $412.50 monthly minimum that includes 75 loads; extra loads $5.50 each. Founding brokers offer: the first 10 brokers lock in our founding rate of $5.50 a load ($412.50 a month, 75 loads included) for 12 months from the start of their monthly plan, plus direct priority support. Priority support means a direct contact who replies within one US business day (Eastern time); it sets a reply time, not a guaranteed fix time. Once you ask for it, the monthly plan runs month to month and is billed upfront, until you cancel with 30 days’ written notice. The 12-month price lock fixes your rate; it is not a 12-month commitment.
Error credit
If any field we deliver is wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it within one business day (US Eastern) and credit that load’s price on your next invoice. The credit is the only remedy: it is never paid as a cash refund or other payment from us, and it is capped at that load’s price. Unreadable, illegible, missing or incorrect source documents aren’t covered; fields we can’t read are marked ‘unreadable, please check’, never guessed. We don’t promise to catch every fraud, error or overcharge, and we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
