- What documents do you handle?
- Bills of lading, proofs of delivery, rate confirmations and carrier invoices. Each one comes back as a checked row. CSV or Excel files you can import into your TMS or accounting software.
- Who sees my documents?
- Our software and the people on our review team who work on your account. Our Privacy note sets out in writing who can see your documents.
- Do you use AI, and is a person involved?
- Software reads each document and flags fields. On the free test and pilot, a person checks every field; on ongoing service, they check the fields our system flags, plus a random sample of the rest each month. Unsigned PODs, unreadable fields and anything uncertain are flagged for a person to check. Every flagged field is reviewed by a person before delivery.
- Is my data used to train models?
- No. Your documents and data are not used to train models.
- How does the free test work?
- Upload up to 20 recent loads on our free test page, or email them to team@ryumonaudit.com. A load is its paperwork set: rate confirmation, BOL, POD and invoice. Tell us the fields you need, and we return structured data with flag counts. Free test results within one business day of receiving them, or three business days for handwritten paperwork. There’s no payment and no call. Free test documents are deleted within 48 hours after your scorecard is sent. If no scorecard is sent, they’re deleted within 30 days.

The price lock fixes your rate; it is not a commitment.
